Fly on the Wall

Sometimes one comes across a photo that triggers questions....... triggers thoughts like "man what on earth was going on at that moment"? Perhaps even disturbing. Possibly a time when you wish you were a fly on the Wall.

Why are his pants down around his anlkes? 

Are those white aerobic shoes?

Maybe the image quality is poor and they really are knee warmers?

Maybe the photo was taken in the team trailer while changing just before a time trial?
