Another reason why I am not a pro cyclist!

went down bad in the final of that stage. Hit the deck head first at 75kph and then just got in the car 4k from the finish. It was a bad one and one that will never forget. I am lucky actually in that I came away from it without too much damage. Two others broke collar bones. Anyway, back on the bike today for 3 hours. I did't light the world on fire but at least I could ride.

"I am a bit beat up. Getting xrays right now of my ribs. But it really doesn't matter if they are broken or not. I will be ok."
